Payment Terms
Our terms of payment are strictly nett one month from date of invoice to approved credit account holders.
Title to goods.
The title and property in goods supplied by us does not pass to the purchaser or sub-purchaser until payment in full has been received by us. The risk in respect of such goods passes to the deliveree from the moment of delivery.
Delivery
All standard stock goods in our comprehensive range are delivered free by our vans operating in Birmingham, Staffordshire and West Midlands areas. Charges, if any, for other deliveries are by prior agreement. We do not impose a minimum order value or small order surcharge on standard stock items nor are there any hidden insurance costs.
Guarantee
Any goods from our standard stock range which prove unsatisfactory due to manufacturing fault(s) will be rectified or replace.
